About Resecure
Resecure Limited is an Ireland-based cybersecurity, compliance, and risk advisory company. These Terms of Business govern the provision of advisory and related services by Resecure Limited to its clients.
Scope of services
Resecure provides cybersecurity advisory, compliance readiness, risk assessment, governance, awareness, and related services as agreed with each client. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or engagement letter.
Advisory nature of services
Resecure provides advisory and readiness support. Our services do not constitute legal advice, statutory audit, formal certification, or accountancy services. Clients should obtain formal legal, audit, certification, and statutory services from appropriately qualified independent professionals where required.
Specialist and partner services
Where specialist technical services such as penetration testing, ethical hacking, or advanced cloud security assessments are required, these may be delivered directly by Resecure or through vetted specialist partners. Where partner delivery is involved, this will be communicated to the client in advance.
Fees and payment
Fees are as agreed in the relevant proposal or engagement letter. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Resecure reserves the right to suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.
Confidentiality
Resecure will treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law or regulation. Clients agree to treat Resecure's methodologies, templates, and deliverables as confidential.
Intellectual property
Resecure retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, templates, and tools. Deliverables produced specifically for a client under an engagement are licensed to that client for their internal use.
Limitation of liability
Resecure's liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. Resecure is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the provision of its services.
Governing law
These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Changes to these terms
Resecure may update these Terms of Business from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Last updated: August 2026.
